After the insane turnout for our NYE White Party, this weeks event promises to be more of the same as we welcome another one of my personal favorites, DJ Bobbito Garcia aka Kool Bob Love. The true definition of a renaissance man, Bobbito has done everything from writing to acting and even dances with Rock Steady Crew. On friday he will be spinning along side our resident dj's True and Miller Cruz for a night of Neo-Brazilian Fusion. I have to say that Bobbito was extremely supportive of my first release on West End Records, particularly the track "Rain" and I owe him much respect for that.
Speaking of releases, there should be another Manchildblack record out in the next couple of months as well as an ep. I've been hard at work on quite a few musical projects and can't wait to have them available for your ears.
For my Libation heads, we'll be back at Sapphire Lounge next Thursday the 24th when resident DJ Ian Friday will rock all night long. More on that next time.
